See an OB/GYN: The doctor who made the diagnosis of cervicitis is in the best position to determine what is going on. Urine, depending upon the manner collected, can have large numbers of leukocytes by being contaminated with vaginal secretions that are purulent because of cervical infection. Discuss this with the ob/gyn.
