Yes, most likely : An IUI is done around ovulation. If conception and implantation of a fertilized egg does not occur, a cycle occurs around 2 weeks later. This is compatible with your story, and your negative preg test. Don't get fustrated, IUI is a valid option to help you concieve. Remember to take a folate (folic acid) containing prenatal vitamin during this process.
