my urine smells out of the ordinary. its clear after drinking lots of water then after urinating twice its back to very concentrated yellow and smell.?

Hydration: The biggest factor contributing to urine odor or smell is how hydrated you are. The concentrated, yellow color with smell should be a notice to drink more fluid. Keep the fluids going.
