Too soon to tell: While most kids do get immunity with the varicella vaccine; children may get a mild, attenuated form of the disease even when vaccinated. 2 bumps, however, would not be enough to say. Usually, you would see an increasing number of lesions -- usually starting as red dots then perhaps water blisters. It is for this reason that we now give 2 varicella vaccines --- and age 1 and age 5.

95% success: At age 7 your kid would have received 2 doses of varicella vaccine at 1 & 4-5 yrs. That has been shown to provide 95% with long term immunity.Cpx usually comes up first on the neck before spreading. Blisters arise and mature in less than a day and come up in crops for days.I doubt she has Cpx but cannot be sure without exam.
