?: It can be as simple as burning tongue syndrome or as bad as oral cancer destroying your lingual nerve. See a dentist asap so it doesn't get worse.

See an Oral Surgeon: There are many dental and medical conditions that can cause what you describe and those conditions can be either benign or serious. I highly recommend that you consult with an oral surgeon for an accurate diagnosis and treatment if warranted.
