More opinions: Your symptoms are a concern and i would get another opinion, possibly a neurologist. Could be a pinched nerve, but need to see someone else.

One-side numbness: When i hear just one-sided numbness in the face, mouth, tongue, etc., the first thing i want my patient checked is for stroke or brain tumor. At such a young age, the likelihood is low, but numbness is not normal, can be serious and should be carefully investigated. If no medical concerns, your nerves may be affected by misaligned skeletal system, which can be treated by chiropractic physicians.

See your PCP again: Anxiety symptoms are not a sign of illness, they are the mind's ability to produce the "flight or fight" response which gives rise to many physiological changes include nausea, sob, insomnia, dry mouth, aphasia, tremor and sweating. Depending on the cause of your anxiety symptoms, your health care provider can provide you with treatment options.
