Typically, yes: The combination of these two medications can cause arrythmias in patients who have heart problems at baseline. In an otherwise, healthy patient, they should be ok. You should confirm with your primary care doctor. Also, Levaquin (levofloxacin) treats all bacteria that Azithromycin would treat, so they are not typically prescribed together.
