For pyelonephritis a second dose of Levaquin was prescribed because I have been having reoccurring UTI resistant to Macrobid. I am still in pain and burning while urinating. Stomach and flank pain, nausea and chills. How long should recovery take?

Had recurring UTI and MDR as shown in urine culture, recent urine culture shows sensitivity to levofloxacin and nitrofurantoin p. previous one in2022 shows sensitivity to fosfomycin so which antibiotic is more convenient and effective to use here ?
