Most gain weight: Most people who quit smoking automatically gain weight, because nicotine is an appetite suppressant, and in the aftermath of quitting smoking, weight gain is typically around 5-10 lbs. Weight gain is a matter of eating more calories, but my question would be why you want to gain weight. Are you underweight? Without your height and weight, i cannot tell you. Protein shakes, or just food works.
