I have pins in my right ankle i missed my app. to take cast off.. its been a month i missed cast is off. what can i do it hurts some time is it to lat?

Go to doctor: So you missed your appointment, we've all been a little delinquent at times. There"s a reason why we want to see our patients to follow up- to make sure they"re ok. This is especially true if you have hardware in place. Go back to your doctor and just make sure everything is ok. He/she will be fine that you missed your appointment (ok, they may give you a little grief) but be glad you are back.
