Need treatment: As described, you definitely have some infectious process going on, like an abscess or boil/carbuncle. Antibiotics would most likely need to be prescribed and you may need an incision and drainage (i;d). Best wishes.

Infection: This sounds like a skin infection with an abscess, and it will need to drained as soon as possible. Do not try to drain it yourself. Please see a doctor as soon as possible for treatment.

Go to Doc: Please see your doc and please don't ignore lumps like that because some can be serious. The best outcome is an infection that the doc can drain and treat. Don't let being embarrassed or fear of erection stop you. Docs have see it all. Peace and good health.
