Here's what my dad ecg report says..sinus rythm left, arial abnormality, lvh with repolarization abnormality, prolonged qt interval..please interpret?

Must see : It's not possible to "interpret" an ECG without seeing it. These reports suggest the possibility that high blood pressure has effected the heart, making it thicker, but again I am only speaking in general terms having not looked at the ECG myself.
