Lyrica (pregabalin): Yes, as you increase the dosage the benefit increases. You still must follow your doctors orders though.

Lyrica (pregabalin): The current max dose in the usa is 300mg q12hrs and it is studied in fibromyalgia. There is no reason why you could not be titrated up as long as you do not have any side effects.
