Inversionn?: No for for1-3help low back pain butwont straighten spine or help knee glaucoma , high blood pressure contraindication for inversion.

Maybe: There are people who swear by the effects of an inversion table. They feel good during the process but once they are out of the table their symptoms recur. It does not straighten out your spine as there are a lot of structures attached to the human spine. However as stated some feel pain relief during their sessions with the inversion table.
