Having nosebleeds every 3rd day, pimple like object inside nose. had same thing in 2011. what could cause these?

Periodic nosebleeds: Possible staph aureus colonization and bleeding from site of infection. Are you bleeding or bruising anywhere else? If not unlikely true bleeding problem. Pimple makes me think something more local/infectious.
