A member asked:

What are sounds that help you fall asleep (oceans (oxymetazoline) crashing, thunder and rain, etc.)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

White noise: Some people need white noise to help them fall asleep. This can be anything from static on radio station to train going by or crickets in addition to what you listed. Often helpful for people that 'can't turn mind off' or those with conditions such as tinnitus (ringing or noise in ears). The idea is distraction.
