No toothpaste won't : Toothpaste will not work. You should see a plastic surgeon who can evaluate your scars and determine whether scar revision is necessary or if another non invasive treatment would be appropriate

Location: I assume the dark spots are not on the teeth... But if they are, see a dentist to suggest how the spots can be removed. Dental options include bleaching, removing the dark areas and filling the depressions or holes with composite.
