Evaluation: I would definitely have a fertility evaluation. Having a miscarriage is not a huge concern, but the vast majority are caused by genetically abnormal eggs. And then to have 15 months of infertility afterward starts to become concerning that the ovaries are aging quicker than they should. Would not waste time.
