Wait: A miscarriage is a serious and stressful event. As with any major life event, it is best to wait awhile to deal with it and get back on track. Grief needs to be dealt with. Some experts say that most of us can only adequately deal with one major stress a year (death, marriage, divorce, serious disease, abortion : intentional or miscarraige). Consider waiting, and prepare (eat right, exercise.)
