My baby is on 0.6mls ranitidine for reflux - it says that calpol has a minor risk if taken with it- help!?

Medications: Calpol (paracetamol = Acetaminophen in us) has no drug-drug interactions listed. The main precaution is not to give too much calpol since it can damage the liver. Following directions for each should be safe.
