Go to your primary: If by normal you mean the ekg does not show any abnormalities then you may benefit from wearing a holter monitor. This provides continuous monitoring for 24 hours straight and will catch those episodes that are fleeting. If you have episodes that are less frequent than daily you can utilize an event monitor that can be worn for several weeks. The place to start is your primary.

I would go to : The er or, at least, consult with a primary care doctor or cardiologist. You probably need a holter monitor study. Also, maybe an anxiolytic agent if they don't find any arrhythmia on your ekg.
