I got my blood test back . it says my ft3 is 6.22 ft4 is 1.36 and my tsh is 2.5528 what that mean please help!?

Looks normal.: You aren't telling me the normal ranges for these results, but as a thyroid specialist who looks at these types of numbers every day, they look normal. Ask your doctor to go over the results with you to be sure.

Normal: That thyroid panel looks normal. If you have symptoms of a thyroid disorder, more thyroid tests can be done, but generally these numbers look good.
