What kind?: Gnc sells more than one kind of flax seed oil so i can not answer your question without knowing what kind you got there. If it was the GNC brand i advise the organic oil itself as opposed to the capsules. My favorite brands are barlean's and flora but as best as i can tell the GNC brands are fine.
