Its possible: Blood clots come in all shapes and sizes and their risk to your overall health depends upon where they are located. The most definitive way to determine if the painfull area represents a clot is to see your pcp and ask for an ultrasound be done of the area. Point out exactly where the painfula area is to the ultrasonaographer so they can make sure they examine that area carefully.

Possible. get check: I don't know what was the cause of your previous blood clot, whether you have other predisposition/underlying genetic problems for blood clot that explain/related to your previous episode of blood clot, but you are a bit too young to have blood clot. Absolutely, if you have pain on calf, and/or redness or swelling- you need to tell your doctor and have yourself checked to rule out blood clot.
