Depends where it is : Leukocytoclastic vasculitis is a rather vague problem associated with a variety of disorders... I assume it was diagnosed by a skin biopsy...If it involves your lower legs i would assume it is occurring due to venous hypertension...Caused by obesity, venous obstruction or venous insuffiiciency... If this is the issue then the use of at least a knee high venous compression stocking should help.
