Immune disorder.: This is an inflammation of small blood vessel mediated by IgA antibodies causing a typical skin rash of dotted red bumps mostly on lower extremities but also affecting iternal organs such as kidneys and intestines. Treatment is mainly conservative or with steroids eliminating drugs that could have triggered the illness.
