I have had an itchy rash on the top of my thigh since Nov 2019. When on cortisone, the rash goes away, but returns when not. Dermatologist diagnosed lymphocytic Vasculitis. Is there any other treatment for it? Dr believes only cortisone helps

Tinea cruris?: You may be describing Tinea or fungal (yeast) infection. Ask your dermatologist to do a quick KOH smear for microscopic dx. Otherwise, try "Lotrimine" or similar over the counter anifungal cream for a week
