Normal to worry!: Unfortunately, 36 weeks is just the start of a long period of worrying about your children! while it would have been optimal to have taken prenatal vitamins, you get many of the same nutrients if you eat a reasonably healthy diet. Not smoking is also critical. If you are a smoker, stop now. Take comfort in the reassurance of your baby's activity and hopefully, normal exams. Good luck. Lgromkomd.

Probably: Women had healthy babies for centuries before we knew how important nutrition was for mom & baby. That said, those prenatal pills were partly insurance for you. The baby will extract things like calcium & other nutrients from your body & can leave you deficient. Try to be better about taking the vitamins so you will, have the energy and health to keep up with baby.
