To be tired!: It is hard to go back to work after a long vacation, and even harder after 2-3 months of maternity leave. Moms will miss being with their babies. They will have to pump and store milk, if still breastfeeding. Moms will have all the work-related duties in addition to sharing in the care of the baby when returning home in the evening. All this can lead to a tired mom.
