Possibly: Risk is lower, but she could harbor gonorrhea, chlamydia or even venereal warts in mouth/oral area and transmit via oral sex. Again, the risk if lower, but not truly "safe sex".

Unprotected oral sex: While unprotected oral sex is less likely to transfer stds than vaginal or anal sex, you can pick up non genital (cold sore) type herpes and gonorrhea. Though regarding gonorrhea, a male can transmit gonorrhea to the back of the throat more than the other direction. Hpv, we now know can be transmitted during oral sex as well. Consider using a condom (non lubricated flavored would work).
