Hormone complication: Pcos is assoc w/ Insulin resistance and diabetes, autoimmune thyroiditis- both can lead to neuropathy or similar symptoms but would likely result in more consistent symptoms. Since symptoms are 'every month' this may be due to hormone fluctuations which are abnormal in pcos (excess androgen) and may result in excessive sympathetic nervous system activity which can cause transient pins and needles.
