How is hepatitis b and c borne in the blood? i am confused in respect of how is this virus in itself created?i know the ways it is transmitted.

Viruses: No one knows how they were created. You can search the web for research on mutations but you are asking about the origins of a kind of life form, although viruses aren't even fully qualified for that definition. They don't exist for long without a host. Blood borne means carried by blood, not born into existence. It reproduces inside cells if the host body.
