Probably-call doc: Most likely everything is ok; however, you need to call or see your doctor to make sure everything is ok with the pregnancy. You want to make sure it is in the correct location-not an ectopic or tubal pregnancy. Also that it is a good pregnancy. Best of luck.

Not unusual: 25% of people will have some first trimester bleeding. The miscarriage rate is about 15% overall. Once you get an ultrasound demonstrating fetal heart tones it goes down to 2% risk. You are at the cusp of when a heartbeat can be seen on transvaginal scan. Call ur doc tomorrow and get in. No need to panic, there is little to be done to change the outcome. Not normal but not unusual.
