Probably not: Several questions arise, 1. How recently was he tested, 2. Was the result he showed you really his test, if he did, 3. Did he just tell you that he did not have them and lied or hadn't really been tested recently, 4. How much alcohol had he had. Also you didn't mention the aids, HIV possibility which definitely exists. If most of the questions are in your favor, a short prayer might not hurt.
