Hepatitis B: Hepatitis b can lead to liver cancer and death. If one gets infected with this virus as an adult there is more of a likelihood of a chronic active infection. But if you have no risks: not sexually active, no working in healthcare where you may be exposed to blood, not around any shared needles in a drug use environment then your risks are relatively low.

Probably not: At your age, unless you have risk factors i.e. Work in the health care field, immune compromised, it is probably not necessary.
