Careful!: First, realize that it takes some time to "seroconvert" for hiv, in other words, someone can be HIV infected but not have a positive study. There are also many other stds that can be transmitted. As a surgeon, i will most likely see hpv. There is also the risk of direct anal trauma. As with everything else, you and your bf will need to balance risks and benefits.
