Clinical hypothyroid: When your thyroid does not works or is affected by an inflammation (thyroiditis) it will swell, have fatigue, weakness, nubness, snoring, slepiness & sleep apnea. Rare to be jusst one side, then a neurological problem could be present/ neuropathy. See a specialist.
