Pull Back Foreskin: The foreskin needs to be pulled back and the head of the penis washed with soap and water, just like the rest of the body. This should be done daily to prevent infections or other complications.

Simple: Pull the foreskin back to exposé the glance of the penis and soap it with a body wash/soap. Copiously wash it with water to remove the detergent.

Uncircumcised: Usually a daily wash with soap and water is all that is required. If there is irritation then a cream with 40% zinc oxide can be applied. If a problem persists then see your doctor for an examination.
