Yes in a good way!: Women who suffer from migraines were found to be at a 26% lower risk of breast cancer according to a paper published in 2009. Consider it something of a silver lining but not an absolute immunity!

Maybe the reverse...: Actually the data looking at the association with migraines and breast cancer suggest that patients with migraines have a lower incidence of breast cancer compared to those who do not suffer from migraines (no one knows why).
