Need more info: Vasculitis is caused by inflammation of blood vessels. The primary diagnostic criteria include signs, symptoms, and tissue sample showing blood vessel inflamation in the form of biopsy. There are some blood tests which support the possibility of vasculitis. However these tests such as anca, are never diagnostic by themselves. There are vasculitis mimics such as thrombotic (blood clot) diseases.

Need more info: You don't describe the rashes. There are rashes that are compatible with vasculitis (inflammation of blood vessels), but have other causes. As you mention having those rashes on your fingers and toes and without a picture or more data, the lesions may be associated with diseases that will not lead to the development of the typical anca, already mentioned by my colleague.
