Unclear: From what you describe, things are very unclear. If your severe abdominal pain comes and goes with your menstrual cycle, it is likely endometriosis. If not, a good discussion of a wide range of possibilities should be discussed, including food allergies, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel, diverticulitis, etc.
