Severe lower abdominal pain for 2.5 days. have endometriosis, no bleeding.if go to er they won't help me. what to do? using heat and pain med no help

To see gyne: I should say that if the pain is so severe you should go to er- at least that can try to evaluate you and rule out other things and at least they can give you pain medication to help your pain a bit. Ultimately, if this is all endrometriosis- you should go to see a gynecologist and have your self checked and treated accordingly. You would continue to have pain if the endometriosis is not treated.
