Miscarriage: In reality the majority of pregnancies end in miscarriage. This common phenomenon usually happens before the female realizes she is pregnant. There is absolutely no reason to worry that you won;t be able to conceive again or to have any other complications with your future pregnancies.

Every reason to hope: I'm sorry for your loss. Stillbirths are very common, though perhaps we talk less about them than we should. You've proved you can carry a pregnancy. It is highly probable that you can have a healthy baby. Work hard to reaffirm the love in your relationship with the father, and expect a happier future.
