R n R: Recommend rest and relaxation. Nice to be so athletic but not worth the sport injuries. If you are feeling sore, my be stretched ligaments and tendons. If someone fell on you may be bruises or mini bleeding areas on your body. If anything is hot, ice it. If anything is cold, use a heating pad to relax your muscles.

Labrum tear: You might have a tear of the labrum. An MRI is the best way to evaluate this.
