Got up with my leg asleep. Moved funky and have had slight calf pain. No pain walking. Just tender. Blood clot?! or muscle strain? 25 yrs old.
Cramping in left calf. No meds to cause a blood clot, mirena IUD, no swelling,redness or tenderness, no pain with flexing foot, but some pretty tight cramps. Laid around a lot the last 3 days but tried to rotate ankles & stretch legs in bed often?
