Challenging: Not all aneurysms should be operated upon, as the small ones are very unlikely to rupture, yet if larger than 9mm, likely should be fixed. Some pts possess co-morbidities increasing anesthesia and surgery risk. Would have a conference with a neurosurgeon and get all of this situated.
