Or Less.: Absorption of multivitamins is erratic and varies with specific food intake. But unless you have a specific vitamin deficiency or are trying to get pregnant, why take multivitamins at all? They are a big waste of money and time. Save your money, eat better and get a gym membership. Exercise has proven health benefits, and multivitamins do not.
