Need more info: Pain may or may not be related to your endometriosis. You need a good physical exam, probably at least an x-ray of that hip and also spinal x-rays to sort out the issue. Taking no more than 2.5 gm a day (5 regular tylenol) should not be a problem if you have no other medical issues-check with your doctor as suggested. Treatment will depend on the results of your evaluation.
