Ive been having really bad abdominal hip pain.. my lower stomach doesent hurt though, just my hips. can it be endometriosis or is this unlikely?

Gynecologist: The hip discomfort may be referred from pelvic congestion or other pelvic disorders. Endometriosis can certainly be a cause of painful periods. Since you're not complaining of intestinal or primary hip joint discomfort, I recommend that you consult a gynecologist for evaluation.
