Fibroid pregnancy: Fibroids in pregnancy usually do not post much of a problem. The two main things they can cause are pain if they are degenerative, or obstruction of delivery if they are toward or in the cervix. Most intramural fibroids do not cause problems and the care for the pregnancy is no different. This assumes you have not have prior surgery to remove fibroids.
